Positron Series
The Positron Series LVDT range from AG Measurematics offers fully frictionless, infinite-resolution displacement measurement for demanding industrial environments. With stainless steel construction and a sealed, contactless sensing mechanism, every sensor delivers consistent accuracy across millions of operating cycles without wear.
Available in both AC-excited and self-contained DC-powered variants, the range spans from compact 9.5mm slimline probes to 32mm heavy-duty bodies, covering displacement from 2mm to 750mm. Specialist models include high-temperature rated sensors (up to 150°C, Series ASH), precision gauge-head replacements (0.0005mm repeatability), and EcoLine variants with integrated micrometer calibration.

Long-Stroke
Series DPL
A stainless steel wire rope wound on a spring-loaded drum, coupled to a precision rotary potentiometer. As the target moves, the wire extracts or retracts, rotating the potentiometer shaft and changing output voltage proportionally. Ideal for long-stroke applications where LVDTs are impractical — compact aluminum housing covers 0.5 m to 10 m in a single instrument.

Electronics

Available in Micro (100×65mm), Mini (30×50mm) and Standard (160×100mm) formats. Converts ±15V AC excitation to ±5V DC or 4–20mA output.

Arduino UNO-compatible LVDT amplifier shield for microcontroller projects and IoT applications. 5V operation, 3V or 5V selectable output — no external signal conditioning required.

Multichannel precision transducer indicator with 16 GB data logging. Accepts AC/DC LVDT, load cell, strain gauge, thermocouple inputs. 0.05% FSR accuracy.
Operates from 110/230V AC mains. Delivers regulated ±15V DC at 0.5A — sufficient to power up to two standard DC LVDTs simultaneously.

LVDT-based clip-on extensometers for UTM strain measurement. Models DEXEM-04-25, DEXEM-09-50, DEXEM-20-100, DEXEM-04-120 — gauge lengths 25–120 mm, ranges 4–20 mm. Ultra-long range ULREX-800-15-E (800 mm, optical encoder) also available.
