Service Infrastructure

AGMPL maintains a warehouse of common spare parts — LVDT sensors, load cells, seals, hydraulic actuator kits, relays, servo drives, and circuit boards — enabling rapid parts despatch.

How quickly does AGMPL respond to a breakdown call?
Response times depend on the AMC tier: Comprehensive AMC — 8 hours; Standard AMC — 24 hours; Basic AMC — 48 hours. Remote diagnostic support can begin within 2 hours for software-level issues.
Does the AMC cover calibration?
The Comprehensive AMC includes an annual calibration certificate renewal. Standard and Basic AMC include calibration scheduling coordination — the calibration itself is billed separately per AGMPL's standard calibration rate.
Can AGMPL maintain machines not originally built by AGMPL?
Yes. AGMPL offers maintenance contracts for all testing machine brands, including imported equipment. A pre-contract inspection is recommended to assess machine condition and establish a spare parts inventory.
What is the minimum AMC duration?
One year is the standard minimum. Multi-year AMCs (2–3 years) attract preferential pricing and guarantee response time commitments regardless of future service rate changes.
Can the AMC be paused if the machine is not in use?
Yes, AMC terms can include a hibernation clause for machines taken out of service — subject to mutual agreement. This suspends preventive visits while retaining spare parts discount and emergency coverage.
Does AGMPL stock spare parts for older machines?
For AGMPL-built machines, we maintain spare parts availability for at least 10 years post-delivery. For third-party machines, we source or manufacture equivalent spare parts as part of the AMC service.
