Services
Safe decommissioning, professional transport, precision reinstallation, and full recommissioning of testing machines — handled by the engineers who know them best.

Move Without Risk
Moving a precision testing machine — whether a servo-hydraulic rig, a tyre endurance tester, or a multi-axis fatigue machine — is not a task for a general moving company. Mishandling can damage precision load cells, misalign guide columns, contaminate hydraulic systems, and corrupt machine calibration — leading to months of downtime and expensive repairs.
AGMPL's Relocation Service manages the complete process — from site survey and safe decommissioning through professional rigging, transport, precision reinstallation, and post-move calibration verification. Every relocation is executed by engineers who have built or serviced the machine — not by logistics generalists.
Step by Step
01
Engineers visit both the origin and destination facilities — assessing floor loading, doorway clearances, foundation requirements, utilities, and crane or forklift access.
02
Safe electrical and hydraulic decommissioning following lockout/tagout procedures. Software configuration backed up, fluid lines capped, and machine cleared for transport.
03
Systematic dismantling with every component photographed, labelled, and recorded in a detailed inventory. Sensitive instruments removed and packed separately.
04
Professional rigging, crating, and transport by road, rail, or air. Vibration and tilt monitoring deployed for sensitive servo-hydraulic rigs.
05
Machine reassembly at the new facility, foundation bolt installation, precision alignment, hydraulic refill and purge, and electrical reconnection.
06
Full machine commissioning sequence: control system restore, functional checks, acceptance test, and post-move calibration verification with updated certificate.

Who We Serve
Automotive OEM Plants
Shifting test rigs between R&D centres, validation labs, and production quality facilities during plant expansions or consolidations.
Tier-1 Suppliers
Relocating spring testers, damper dynos, and bush testers when reorganising production or quality lab layouts.
Tyre Manufacturers
Moving large-format tyre endurance and uniformity test rigs — machines that weigh several tonnes and require precision foundation work at the new location.
R&D Institutions
Relocating university and government laboratory testing equipment between campuses or to newly constructed research facilities.
Defence Establishments
Decommissioning and reinstallation of structural and fatigue test rigs at ordnance and defence research establishments.
Our Credentials
With 25+ years of experience designing, manufacturing, and servicing precision testing machines, AG Measurematics brings a level of machine-specific knowledge that no general relocation contractor can match. Our field engineers have commissioned these machines from scratch — they know every hydraulic connection, every alignment requirement, and every software parameter that must be correctly restored. When you trust us with your machine's relocation, you trust us with the same care we applied when we built it.

Common Questions
How long does a testing machine relocation take?
Simple bench-top machines can be relocated in 1–2 days. Medium floor-standing rigs typically take 3–7 days including transport. Complex servo-hydraulic rigs with foundation work and full recommissioning can take 3–6 weeks.
Can AGMPL relocate machines from other manufacturers?
Yes. AGMPL field engineers are trained on a wide range of machine types, including imported brands from Instron, MTS, Zwick Roell, and Schenck. We review technical documentation before the relocation to ensure correct handling.
Is post-move calibration included in the relocation scope?
Yes. A calibration verification check is included as part of the recommissioning scope — confirming that measurement accuracy is within specification after the move. A full re-calibration certificate is issued.
Does AGMPL handle international machine relocations?
Yes. We can coordinate international shipping, export documentation, and customs clearance for machine relocations between India and other countries.
What happens if the machine is damaged during relocation?
AGMPL carries professional indemnity insurance and equipment transit insurance for all relocations. Any damage is assessed and repaired as part of the relocation contract — at no additional cost to the customer.
Do you provide foundation drawings for the new location?
Yes. AGMPL prepares a foundation layout drawing specifying anchor bolt positions, floor loading requirements, and clearance zones — provided to the customer before the move for civil work preparation.
Share the machine type, origin, destination, and timeline — our service team will assess the scope and provide a relocation plan.
