What is the typical lead time for a custom machine?

Design phase: 4–8 weeks. Manufacturing: 12–20 weeks depending on complexity. Total concept-to-commissioning: 4–7 months for most projects. Fast-track options available for urgent requirements.

Can AGMPL retrofit or upgrade existing testing machines?

Yes. We regularly upgrade machines with new actuators, modern controllers, improved data acquisition, and updated test software — including machines originally supplied by other manufacturers.

Does AGMPL handle the complete project or only design?

End-to-end: requirement analysis, concept design, FEA, detailed design, manufacturing, assembly, factory testing, shipping, installation, and commissioning. We also provide operator training and AMC.

What control systems does AGMPL use in custom machines?

NI CompactRIO and PXI for high-speed data acquisition, Siemens and Beckhoff PLCs for machine control, and custom LabVIEW or C# software for the test application layer. Servo-hydraulic and servo-electric actuation depending on requirements.

How does AGMPL ensure the custom machine meets specifications?

Design Review → FEA Validation → Prototype Testing → Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) with customer witness → Site Acceptance Test (SAT) after installation. All test data and validation reports are provided.
