8. Delivery & Installation

Delivery timelines stated in quotations are estimates and are subject to change. AGMPL will endeavour to meet agreed delivery schedules but shall not be liable for delays arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, force majeure events, or delays caused by the customer.

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon delivery to the agreed delivery point. Installation and commissioning services, where included, are subject to site readiness requirements communicated by AGMPL prior to installation.

9. Warranty & Disclaimer

AGMPL warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty period specified in the product documentation, typically twelve (12) months from the date of commissioning or fifteen (15) months from the date of shipment, whichever occurs first, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

This warranty does not cover damage arising from misuse, improper installation, unauthorised modification, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow AGMPL's operation and maintenance instructions. Warranty claims are subject to evaluation by AGMPL's technical team.
