AC/AI Series

Overview

These LVDT Signal Conditioners have been designed to accept AC LVDTs of any standard make or model. Each module incorporates a complete signal chain — sinusoidal excitation oscillator, phase-sensitive demodulator, low-pass filter and output scaling amplifier — in a single compact package.

Available in PCB card format for integration into custom electronics, and enclosed module format for standalone bench or DIN rail installation. Features include adjustable zero positioning within the full stroke range, phase-lag/lead adjustment, and configurable output scaling.

Sinusoidal Excitation

Integrated low-distortion sinusoidal oscillator provides stable AC excitation for any LVDT sensor.

Phase-Sensitive Demodulation

Extracts displacement direction and magnitude with high accuracy, rejecting common-mode noise.

Adjustable Zero Positioning

Zero point can be set anywhere within the sensor's full stroke range for flexible installation.

Output Scaling

Configurable full-scale output to match your DAQ or PLC input range requirements.

Multi-Supply Compatibility

Available for ±15V DC, 12V DC, 24V DC and 230V AC supply rails to suit any installation.

Compact Form Factors

Card format as small as 100×65mm for OEM integration; enclosed modules for standalone use.
