100 kN · 200 kN · 500 kN · 1000 kNFour-model UTM range for tensile, compression, flexure, and shear testing of metals, plastics, concrete, rubber, composites, and more. The 100 kN model is Servo Motorized; 200–1000 kN models are Servo Hydraulic. Compliant with ASTM, ISO, and BIS standards.
DTM Series
AGMPL's DTM Series UTMs cover 100 kN to 1,000 kN across four models. The 100 kN model uses a precision servo motorized electric drive; the 200–1000 kN models use a servo hydraulic double-acting cylinder for heavy-duty loading. National Instruments' high-speed 16-bit data acquisition captures every event in real time — from slow creep to fast brittle fracture — while the sTestV8.3 software automates the entire test cycle and produces standards-compliant reports in seconds.
Every machine is supplied with NABL-traceable calibration certificates and is designed to meet ISO 7500-1 Class 1 accuracy, making it immediately deployable in accredited test laboratories, production QC lines, and university research facilities.
A Universal Testing Machine (UTM) applies precisely controlled tensile, compressive, shear, or bending forces to a material specimen and measures its mechanical response — strength, stiffness, ductility, and failure behaviour. It is the single most versatile instrument in any material testing laboratory.

Capabilities
The 100 kN model uses a precision servo motorized electric drive for smooth, quiet, and energy-efficient load application — ideal for light-to-medium material testing in lab environments.
Higher-capacity models use a high-speed servo hydraulic double-acting cylinder for powerful, precise load application across heavy force ranges — ideal for metals, concrete, composites, and structural elements.
National Instruments USA high-speed 16-bit DAQ system captures force, displacement, and temperature at 10,000 samples/second — no data loss even on fast fracture specimens.
Purpose-built Windows 10 test software with live X–Y graphing (load vs. displacement, stress vs. strain), force/displacement control modes, auto load-cell detection, and one-click Excel export.
Tension, compression, shear, and bending — all in one system. Switch between test modes by changing fixtures. Control by force, displacement, or height.
Every machine is supplied with NABL-traceable calibration certificates, meeting ISO 7500-1 Class 1 requirements — ready for use in accredited test laboratories.
Four-side 5 mm Perspex safety shield with door interlocks protects the operator from high-velocity specimen fragments at fracture. Tower lamp and limit switches provide additional protection.
