Computerised servo-motorised tensile testers for accurate measurement of tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, and modulus across metals, polymers, rubber, composites, wire, and springs — compliant with ASTM, ISO, and BIS standards.

TTM Series
The AGMPL TTM Series are fully computerised tensile testing machines built for accurate, repeatable characterisation of material strength. Available in single-column and dual-column floor-standing configurations from 1 kN to 100 kN, they serve R&D laboratories, production quality control, and third-party testing facilities across automotive, aerospace, defence, rubber, polymer, and civil engineering sectors.
A high-stiffness loading frame, backlash-free precision ball screws, and AC servo motor drive combine to deliver 0.25% FSR accuracy with ultra-low crosshead speeds starting from 0.001 mm/min — essential for testing time-sensitive materials such as rubbers, hydrogels, and biological specimens.

Custom MachineStandard Equipment
Auto Load Cell Recognition
Plug-and-play load cell identification stores calibration parameters on-device — no manual range setup required when swapping load cells.
Precision Ball Screw Drive
Backlash-free, preloaded precision ball screws deliver smooth, repeatable crosshead motion with ≥95% mechanical transmission efficiency.
AC Servo Motor Control
Brushless AC servo motor with vector-control VFD ensures stable crosshead speed from 0.001 mm/min across the full load range — maintenance-free operation.
High-Stiffness Loading Frame
Rigid welded steel frame minimises deflection under full rated load, ensuring that recorded deformation reflects specimen behaviour, not machine compliance.
Auto Touch-Load Detection
Automatically senses contact with the specimen before the test cycle begins — eliminates pre-load errors and ensures consistent gauge-length zeroing.
Extensometer Interface
Built-in analogue and digital extensometer ports for clip-on, laser, and video extensometers — supports automatic removal notification and yield-point detection.
Real-Time Data Acquisition
1,000 Hz sampling rate with simultaneous force, displacement, and stress-strain plotting. Switch between force-displacement and stress-strain views during the test.
Multi-Format Reporting
Test reports exported as PDF, Excel, or CSV. Includes load-extension and stress-strain curves, peak load, elongation-at-break, Young's modulus, and statistical summaries.
Inbuilt Safety Systems
Electronic overload protection, upper and lower limit switches, and emergency stop prevent damage to grips, load cells, and specimens at any stage of testing.
Industries & Materials
Metals & Alloys
Ultimate tensile strength, yield strength, and elongation of steel, aluminium, copper, and titanium per ASTM E8/E8M and IS 1608.
Polymers & Plastics
Tensile modulus, elongation-at-break, and yield stress of rigid and flexible plastics, films, and moulded parts.
Rubber & Elastomers
Tensile strength and elongation of vulcanised rubber, seals, O-rings, and compound specimens for automotive and industrial applications.
Composites
Fibre-reinforced plastics (FRP), carbon-fibre, and glass-fibre laminate tensile characterisation for aerospace, automotive, and civil structures.
Wire, Springs & Fasteners
Pull-out force, break-load, and elongation of spring wire, wire rope, tension springs, and threaded fasteners for automotive and defence applications.
Textiles & Packaging
Grab tensile, strip tensile, and peel tests on woven fabrics, films, laminates, and adhesive-bonded assemblies.
