LSTM Series
The AGMPL LSTM Series are closed-loop hydraulic leaf spring testers built on a floor-standing rigid steel frame. Designed for static and quasi-static load-deflection characterisation of multi-leaf and parabolic springs for passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and railway bogies.
Two load cells per machine — a full-capacity cell for high-force ranges and a precision cell for low-force work — ensure accurate measurement at both ends of the spring's load-deflection curve.

Standard Equipment
Proportional direction control valve with servo amplifier delivers precise, repeatable ram displacement and force control throughout the test cycle.
Each machine ships with two load cells — a full-capacity cell for high-force tests and a precision cell for low-force measurements — covering the complete test range with a single machine.
Support trolleys adjust from 500 mm to 2200 mm to accommodate leaf springs of different eye-to-eye lengths, from light automotive to heavy commercial vehicle springs.
Live force-deflection curve displayed on the computer screen throughout the test. Data stored in files for off-line viewing and test report generation.
Precision LVDT with 250 mm full-stroke range and 0.1 mm resolution measures true spring deflection independent of hydraulic actuator position.
Test setup files can be created and saved for different spring products. Load a saved setup and run the next batch without re-entering parameters.
