Overview

India's Largest Designer and Manufacturer of Standards-Compliant Tyre Testing Solutions

The DynGro Series consists of purpose-built systems designed to measure the maximum centrifugal expansion of a tire when rotated at its peak rated speed. These machines are engineered to comply with the stringent requirements of IS 15627 (Clause 4.3.1) for 2 and 3-wheelers, as well as UN/ECE Regulation No. 75, which governs the approval of pneumatic tires for motorcycles and mopeds.

Available in Standard and Heavy-Duty variants, the DynGro series utilizes high-precision laser sensors to capture real-time dimensional changes across 2-wheeler, 3-wheeler, and 4-wheeler tire categories. Every unit features a fully automated, PC-based control system with manual overrides and an integrated high-speed camera to provide frame-by-frame visual documentation of tire behavior under extreme rotational stress.
