SATM Series
The AGMPL SATM Series are fully computerised damper force testing machines designed for 100% end-of-line quality inspection and laboratory characterisation of automotive shock absorbers. Available in single and dual-station configurations from 7.5 kN to 15 kN, they are used by leading 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers across India.
Production models feature automatic pneumatic gripping — parts are loaded, tested, and released without any manual clamping. The SATM-4 series is capable of testing up to 8,000 dampers per day at full production speed.

Automatically detects initial contact with the specimen before the test begins — eliminates manual zeroing.
Rigid welded steel frame minimises structural deflection and ensures accurate, repeatable force measurement.
Electronic overload protection, mechanical travel limit switches, and emergency stop on all models.
Test results exported as PDF, Excel, or CSV with force-velocity curves, statistics, and pass/fail results.
