The Multi-Drum Damper & Fork Durability Rig is a specialized, high-performance testing system designed for the comprehensive evaluation of Front 2-Wheeler (2W) assemblies. As the first of its kind pioneered by AG Measurematics in India, this system bridges the gap between component-level testing and real-world road simulation.
Versatile Multi-Drum Architecture
To meet diverse international testing standards (including BIS and JIS), the system supports multi-drum configurations:
Standard Equipment
Evaluates damper and shock absorber components under both tensile (extension) and compression (bump) load cycles in a single compact setup.
Load readings are displayed on a digital indicator and transmitted to a PC for data logging, graphing, and report generation.
Bench-mounted footprint makes it ideal for lab environments with limited floor space, without sacrificing measurement accuracy.
