Complete Static & Dynamic Bushing Characterisation in a Single Test System

Rubber bushings are the critical interface between rigid chassis structures and moving suspension components. Their stiffness, damping, and fatigue life directly determine a vehicle's ride comfort, handling precision, and NVH performance — making accurate characterisation essential at every stage from material qualification to production QC.

The AGMPL Multi-Axis Rubber Bush Tester applies simultaneous axial, radial, and torsional loads through independent servo hydraulic actuators, replicating combined in-service stresses that single-axis benches cannot reproduce. The integrated PC software measures static stiffness, dynamic stiffness K, loss angle δ, creep, and stress relaxation across the full 0.1 – 100 Hz frequency range in a single automated test session.
